Valley of the Stone Kings: An 11th Level Adventure for 5th Edition

$4.99

Long ago, the giants of the valley made a deal with the men of the plains: Never enter their lands, and there will be peace, but should a trespasser be seen, they will be struck down and their body hung at the outskirts as a warning to all others. For centuries, the two respected the boundary between their lands; a lone stone bridge marked by an ancient statue of massive proportions. On occasion, a curious young lad or lass might make their way across the bridge, but they soon came running back fearful of what might lie on the other side. It became a game of sorts among the youth to see how far across the bridge one would go before turning back.

Recently, a star fell into the valley, and it brought with it a dreaded disease. This Starfall sickness, pollutes the minds of those it touches and slowly warps their bodies into something... alien. The giants have become tainted versions of themselves, and unless someone can destroy the source of the sickness, it risks spreading across all of Arden. Luckily for most, a lone hunter made his way into the giants' lands and saw firsthand what had become of them. Now he races for the nearest village to warn them of what's to come.
