Beneath the Library: A 7th Level Adventure for 5th Edition
Long ago, when the city's great library was built, a wizard took it upon himself to hide away an item of great power deep beneath it. Sequestered behind numerous traps, riddles, and puzzles, the item was never meant to see the light of day again. Over the years, stories came and went of a hidden vault beneath the city with a great treasure. Many went in search of it, but none ever found it... or at least none did and lived to tell the tale. Now, inklings of this lost treasure have begun to surface once more. This time, the supposed point of entry has been found. It will take a group of wise and witty adventurers to make it through the gauntlet of wards protecting the treasure, but if they can, they'll surely be rewarded.
